Complimentary WiFi access is available for patients, family and friends while at Kadlec. Laptops are available for checkout through our Concierge service.

Incoming email…
Friends and loved ones can email patients through www.kadlecmed.org.Email is printed and delivered to patients.

Incoming mail…
Letters and packages are delivered each day. Mail that arrives after a patient is discharged is forwarded to their home address.

Communication assistance…
Translation services are available in more than 150 languages. Services for the hearing impaired can be set up in patient rooms, as can Braille telephones.

Care Partner Program…
Involvement of family and friends in a treatment plan is encouraged. It reduces patient anxiety while hospitalized and helps the patient after discharge.
