Kadlec has continued to grow to meet the increased demands for service. Inside the main hospital is a state-of-the-art family centered birth center and neonatal intensive care unit. There are 14 family birthing suites which provide a comfortable, homelike environment for new parents. Nearby is the neonatal unit, the only one-of-its-kind in the region, providing critical care to the community's most fragile babies.
Kadlec partnered with a group of physicians to build the Tri-City Regional Surgery Center. It is an outpatient surgery center conveniently located across the street from the main hospital campus.
Also adjacent to the Kadlec Campus are two physician office buildings, the Corrado Medical Building and Richland Medical Center. In 1996, Kadlec built the Leslie Gage Health Center in South Richland to meet the growing demand for services in this part of our community.
Kadlec is also home to an on-site child care facility, providing important service to employees.
